Apartment PF – Renovation for a fresh new apartment

Apartment renovation design in Perugia

This is a renovation design project of a small apartment in Umbria, which renewed completely its look thanks to a fresh white mood, natural light and materials.

We changed totally the previous layout of the house, demolishing the partition wall between the living room and kitchen.

The customer wanted to give more space and light to the most important area of the house. This was also possible thanks to the use of a pale color palette, with some touch of contrast.

The living room is now a modern space that overlooks the beautiful landscape of the Umbrian hills, a few steps from Perugia.

Furthermore, we designed the bathroom with the same minimal mood of the house. A floral decoration in the shower gives a feeling of relaxation and well-being; even more turning it into a simple home-spa.

As a result of the apartment renovation design, it was possible to reach excellent qualities of comfort and liveability. New heating and cooling systems are now respecting the latest energy efficiency standards.
