House S+D – Tailor-made Elegance

An organic modern interior design apartment expressing minimalist elegance

A delicate renovation interior design project for an organic modern apartment that perfectly reflects our”tailor-made” design approach.

This distinctive project involved a complete redesign from spatial redefinition to bespoke furniture creation according to the clients needs.  The challenge was to merge seamlessly two independent apartments into a spacious 140 sqm residence tailored for a young couple with two children.
The result is a harmonious blend of fluid, expansive spaces meticulously designed to meet contemporary needs while considering future requirements. The aesthetic of the design exudes a calm elegance, creating environments that immerse inhabitants in natural and serene atmospheres.

Spaces which convey well-being

The expansive living area, with panoramic views of Perugia and the surrounding valley, seamlessly integrates three zones.  A kitchen area generously sized and bright connected to a central dining area serving as the focal point of domestic life. Finally a living space featuring a TV corner and a suspended fireplace, a contemporay core feature drawing family and friends together.

Descending to the lower floor, the bedrooms with bathrooms and private gardens maintain a consistent warm and natural palette. These spaces highlight textures inspired by the nature, including linen wallpaper, porcelain stoneware reminiscent of limestone and marble. Warm colored oak parquet covers the whole floor so it is ideal for the bedroom areas.

The master bathroom stands out with a complete bespoke design. It features a spacious emotional shower equipped with chromotherapy for moments of relaxation and rejuvenation. A mini home spa, providing a space for users to indulge in delightful moments dedicated to mindfulness.

Additionally, the techinical systems have been carefully designed to guarantee maximum comfort for residents through cutting-edge solutions.  They involve the use of a radiant floor heating and cooling system without the use of screed combined with a humidification and air treatment system utilizing machinery and ductwork strategically positioned within the false ceilings.
